Aware of the growing demand for integrated solutions that enable broadcasters to receive both digital satellite and terrestrial clear and scrambled, Jepssen has created the new receiver JST-1.
Complete, easy and fast
The JST-1 built a dual tuner, satellite DVB-S and terrestrial DVB-T and it has 2 Common Interface Slot for CAM modules, 2 multistandard CAS for smart card, Teletext with subtitles, Timer with Sleep function, 3 A/V connectors, Dolby Digital AC3 coaxial output and USB 2.0 port.
The management of all the functions is extremely fast, simple and intuitive, thanks to the multi languages OSD (On Screen Display) menu and the EPG (Electronic Programs Guide) with PIP (Picture in Picture) function. It's possible to see the previews of 16 satellite or terrestrial channels. Switching from one channel to another is practically instantaneous. All the functions are managed by the supplied remote control.
Thousand of DTT and Sat channels constantly updated
It through the 2 integrated tuner allows you to store 6000 channels TV and radio (in clear or scrambled and if a new TV or radio broadcasting station starts broadcasting or if an existing broadcasting station changes satellite or channel, it will be immediately saved, in real time, by activating the BlindScan function.
A firmware that can be always updated, a receiver always new
Also the firmware setting's update is easy and fast, because it is done through the USB 2.0 port and, so, avoiding the connection to a computer.
Multimedia
The JST-1 isn't only a digital receiver but but also many multimedia applications because it has the calendar, phone book, game station and media player functions. Through the USB 2.0 port can directly reproduces from a digital camera, from an hard disk or USB Pen drive, photos, mp3, e-book, etc.
SP/DIF Digital Output, all another music
Connected to the hi-fi equipment, trough the SP/DIF digital output, it allows to enjoy the absolute quality and sound spectacularity in Dolby Digital AC3.

JST-1 fits to any installation's need being fully compatible with any fixed or motorized (DiSEqC, USALS) equipment and those with single or centralized digital terrestrial. |
