Personal Video Recorder, turn the computer into digital video recorder
With Media Center PVR, besides, it's finally possible to have a very high quality digital video recorder and video/audio fidelity (Mpeg-2/Mpeg-4 H.264).

The Timer function allows to program the all favourite recordings from the channels tuneable directly through the integrated TV/FM, DTT or Sat Tuner. According to the hard disk size of the computer it's possible to videorecord over than hundred hours of television programs and, after the sight, it's possible deciding to cancel them or through a drive burner on a CD, DVD or Blu-Ray.

The Time Shift function, allows to plan the beginning of a recording at a favourite time and to start the reproduction from the beginning at any time before the end, continuing the recording till the decided time or to see a previous recording and contemporaneously doing another recording, functions that a normal video recorder doesn't allow to run!

From videotape to CD/DVD/DivX/Blu-Ray, in order to turn the videorecordings from analog to digital
Connecting the videocamera or the videorecorder to the Media Center PVR module (version with AV inputs), to transfer in a quick and simple way, the content of the videotapes directly in the computer's hard disk, turning them in digital (Mpeg-1, Mpeg-2,Mpeg-4, etc.) and to store them with the drive burner on a CD, DVD or Blu-Ray, avoiding the quick wear and tear of the traditional magnetic tapes and obtaining a better audio/video fidelity, steady in the time.

All the functions and regulations will be controlled at distance trough the practical remote control provide of "Green Button" and optical trackball for Windows 7 or Vista.
